Room and rooftop hotel were amazing. Very nice gym.
Staff can be rude especially on the rooftop bar.
-
very hip and modern hotel, confortable, clean and well kept
they have some serious sound problem, echo on the halls and the doors are extremely noisy when they shut, people who walk by sound like they are in your room. also people reserving spots in the roof pool, annoying since they are not there and you cannot use the space because they left their towel. It should be prohibited, If you are not there the space is free for use, unless you go to the toilet.

Thompson Toronto is located in a great area west of downtown Toronto which is rapidly changing with new housing developments, restaurants and shopping. The room was terrific - very modern but comfortable
-
Room service was excellent although the added on taxes and service charges were a bit exorbitant.
The only thing I didn't like was the charge for parking, which was the highest I've paid in the city. I could also not find online anywhere what the charge would be until I arrived and asked....$35./night

The bathrooms are serene and beautiful and the rooftop has amazing views of Toronto.

Boutique design
Rooftop pool area was closed for a private event on the one day I stayed. The pool was the sole reason I chose that hotel and I wasn't able to use it.
-
Very modern hotel. Interesting decor and the bathroom is spectacular. Control panels for lights next to the bed is a real commodity. Loved it. It is a fresh change of decor from any other hotel.
-
The design of the hotel was great. The room was very comfortable as well.
It is very pretentious! They have a very nice roof top patio with a pool and great view of the city, however the bar staff was incredibly rude. So much so, that we decided to leave because of their their condescending tone coupled with their snarky remarks under their breathe. If you enjoy a stuck up crowd who will turn their noses down at you, then this King St. spot is just right for you!
-
Terrific view from the room, very modern bright and open. \\rooftop bar views are terrific as well. Would stay there again in a minute.
-
staff & 24 hrs room service!!
No soaker tub in king size rm

The food was good but was classic american food like burgers, chips and hotdogs etc, Also the hotel would send complimentary chocolates to the room every few days with a note to see if you were enjoying your stay with them. They had a wide range of tv channels and the internet was reasonably priced.
The bad points about the hotel are hard to come by but the main ones are that the price of the movies on the tv are quite expensive. Also the staff seem to ignore the do not disturb sign.... I was sleeping in bed with the sign on and a cleaner came in to service the room.....embarrassing

One guest per room is rediculous and left sour taste in our mouthes.

The rooms and the Roof Top Bar
A bit of a walk to downtown

The bathroom was gorgeous and spotless. The bed was divinely comfortable.
-
Spacious and roomy hotel with plenty of night life and food in and nearby hotel. Good access to the downtown core. It's a place to go see and be seen.
